HR General Manager at the leading manufacturing company

Our client is one of the leading consumer electronics distribution companies in Yangon

The Role

Oversee and manage the general HR functions of the organization.

  • Undertake any relevant departmental and Corporate Human Resources projects, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance of HR with the rules and regulations of the Myanmar labour law and company guidelines
  • Managing overall general HR functions.
  • Support activities of employee performance assessment activities and payroll operations


  • Minimum 10 years of experience and 4 years in senior management level in related background.
  • A Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications in business management or HR are strongly preferred.
  • Business English is required.
  • Strong knowledge in full functions of HR.
