Handle the overall functions of HR.
- Responsible to plan and carry out overall HR strategies that helps to improve operations of business efficiently
- Manage and control full spectrum of HR functions such as Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Relation and Performance Management
- Responsible for overall HR strategies that helps to enhance operations of business efficiently
- Implement a human resource information system that meets the organization’s personnel information needs
- Minimum 7 years of working experience and 4 years in management level with related background
- A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HRM will be a plus
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Able to use MS Office in an efficient manner.
