About the Company
Our client is the diverse group of companies operating in various business sectors which are Real Estate, Construction and Distribution.
Responsible for the overall operation of the Human Resource function within the factory.
Communicating with all levels of associates regarding plant policies and practices, benefit and compensation programs
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Ensuring all announcements, policies, regulations of the office to be delivered to all staff on time and implemented by them properly.
Minimum 10 years in HR field and 5 years in management level
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Good Command of English is a must
Labour relations experience from a unionized facility with work in contract administration is greatly preferred.
