Handle the overall functions of HR.
- Establish and implement strategic HR policies.
- Manage the full spectrums of HR including recruitment, training and employee relations.
- Prepare and accomplish the compensations and benefits process including payroll calculation and performance management.
- Accomplish the assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related background.
- A Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications in HR will be a plus.
- Business English is required.
- Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law and government policies.
