Job Description

HR Manager at the leading international company in Yangon

The Role

Handle the overall functions of HR.

  • Establish and implement strategic HR policies.
  • Manage the full spectrums of HR including recruitment, training and employee relations.
  • Prepare and accomplish the compensations and benefits process including payroll calculation and performance management.
  • Accomplish the assigned tasks in an efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related background.
  • A Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications in HR will be a plus.
  • Business English is required.
  • Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law and government policies.
