About the Company
Our client is a growing IT solution provider based in Yangon.
Responsible to handle all the HR functions and admin works throughout the organization.
- Determine and assign the duties and job responsibilities that are required for the organization’s workforce.
- Implement performance management programs and collaborate with management team to develop HR strategies and policies
- Maintain and update employee confidential documents and records such as contact details and salary information.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in HR field.
- A Bachelor Degree or MBA is a must and business professional related qualifications will be highly preferred
- Must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Strong knowledge in handling employee benefits and relations
