About the Company

Our client is a growing IT solution provider based in Yangon.

The Role

Responsible to handle all the HR functions and admin works throughout the organization.

  • Determine and assign the duties and job responsibilities that are required for the organization’s workforce.
  • Implement performance management programs and collaborate with management team to develop HR strategies and policies
  • Maintain and update employee confidential documents and records such as contact details and salary information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in HR field.
  • A Bachelor Degree or MBA is a must and business professional related qualifications will be highly preferred
  • Must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong knowledge in handling employee benefits and relations
