About the Company

Our client is the leading beverage manufacturer and distributor in Myanmar which professionally expands their products into global market

The Role

Responsible to support the organization’s human resource initiatives with efficient guidance.

  • Cooperate with the team members in human resources department to develop strategic policies, programs, and solutions
  • Evaluate training needs and implement professional employee development programs
  • Develop, manage and control the HR functions: recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relation, performance management and payroll process
  • Ensure organizational procedures for both employees and organizational development

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR field
  • A Bachelor Degree is a must or other related professional qualifications will be an advantage
  • Able to communicate proficiently in both oral and written English
  • An outgoing person who has strong communication and organizing skills
