The Role

  • Propose a short-term and long-term pipeline plan for the company to fill the market gaps and seek for growth opportunities
  • Introduce new products by developing plans with sales, advertising, and production.
  • Manage the innovation team to develop continuous processes
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests


  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Innovation or Product development in FMCG Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Advanced English is a must
  • High level of proficiency in project management software is a bonus, have analytical, problem solving and project management skills
