Job Description

IT Sales Support at a Leading Recruitment Agency in Yangon

  • Up to 300,000 MMK plus other benefits

​Supervision line - Senior Consultant

Dotted reporting line - Head of Business Development

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Customer Communication

  • Answering emails via both support and direct email addresses

  • In accordance with the duty roster, take turns to handle reception duty to ensure client inquiry and office phone is covered during business hours 8am to 5pm including lunch

  • Responsible to handle candidate prescreening and candidate update activities based on the requirement from the division and assigned by the management

  • Arrange appointments with candidates as required

Administration

  • Formatting CVs

  • Creation of documents for both internal and external distribution

  • Creating job descriptions by referencing the internal resources

  • Creation of all templates - reference checks, terms

  • Prepare necessary documents for consultant’s meetings with customers

Data Entry

  • Manage respective team and support emails to receive the candidates CV and add the profiles into the CRM by ensuring the correct order of data entry based on the division and candidate CVs and distribute to the respective team accordingly

  • Responsible to create client profiles, client contacts requested by the team and based on the organizational objectives

  • Responsible to handle candidate prescreening and candidate update activities based on the requirement from the division and assigned by the management

  • Update necessary information at the company any profile in accordance with the terms of the agreement and additional commercial information provided by the team

  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by team seniors

Requirements

  • Must be B.C.Sc or B.C.Tech or BE (IT) degree Holder  

  • Excellence English competency, particularly at writing, listening, and speaking

  • Strong computer literacy and able to type at more than 40 words per minute

  • Self-Motivated, multitasking, and able to work in fast-paced environment

  • Team player and discipline individual
