Responsible for managing the development of organization and performances of employees.
- Responsible for building the positive working environment for organization.
- Develop and implement the effective benefits programs for employees.
- Monitor the performances of employees and implement organization development strategies.
- Draw and accomplish the useful training programs for the improvement of employees’ performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related background.
- A bachelor degree is a must and other qualifications in HR or Business Management are highly preferred.
- Strong command of English is required.
- Must have strong knowledge in organization development and HR.
