Logistics & Customer Service Manager at well-known Personal Care Company

  • Responsible for overall processes for logistics, customer service and warehouse operation

The Role

Responsible for monitoring operation performances

  • Liaise for smooth transportation and control costs
  • Managing logistics and operation teams, solving problems and hit targets
  • To have a good relationship with 3PL services and distribution
  • Directly report to Project Manager
  • To develop Supply Chain strategy across production centre

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 Years of working experiences in Logistics or Supply Chain Manager preferred from Multinational FMCG companies background
  • Any bachelors’ degree in related industry
  • Excellent English skills is a compulsory
  • Result and service oriented, able to us MS office and SAP is essential
