  • Foresee sales force structures, foster company’s public image and conduct product promotions in a professional manner

The Role

  • Scrutinise sales statistics to maximise sales and prioritise according to strategic operation
  • Initiate marketing strategies and overall leadership plan to boost sales success
  • Responsible for sourcing talents, mentoring, rewards systems and compliance
  • Gather update costumer’s records and achieve profit targets in a specific time

Requirements

  • 5 years of working experience in Pharma industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder prefer M.B.,B.S Degree Holder
  • Business English is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and management skills, negotiation skills
