National Sales Manager at a Leading Food and Beverage Distribution Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for developing sales strategies and managing sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue

  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK and other allowances

The Role

  • Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation. This can be done by developing action plans for field sales

  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its regions

  • Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price

  • Establish personal networks across all regions

  • Monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition, and if necessary adjust the price of selling

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in FMCG and F&B industry and at least 5 years in management level

  • Has experienced in start-up business is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills
