About the Company

Our client is the well-known Food & Beverages company with a wide range of products in multiple categories. With a very progressive approach to the Myanmar market, this client is set to grow massively in the coming years.


The Role

  • Manage Sales of the company’s products & services within the territory of Upper-Myanmar
  • Directly Report to Sales Director in producing the most achievable sales plans and goals
  • Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction organisation and control of sales team to accomplish specific objectives
  • Expand outlet coverage in all Region and build outlet leadership.
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products



  • Any Graduate (Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management is more preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years’ sales and marketing experience preferably with Beverages or FMCG background
  • Fluent in English communication skills
  • Experience in managing Sales team
