The Role

Responsible for managing the overall administrative tasks of the organization.

  • Liaise and facilitate with different stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
  • Make schedules arrangements, meeting arrangements and travel arrangements.
  • Perform the necessary administrative tasks in an efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative or related background.
  • A bachelor Degree is a must and other qualifications in business management or administrations are highly preferred,
  • Strong command of English is required.
  • Excellent in leadership and team working skills
