Responsible for handling documents and administrative tasks.
- Support overall secretarial and administrative tasks
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences and prepare meeting minutes
- Handle and manage the documents
- Make travel arrangements and schedule arrangements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant assistant experience in office management, administration field.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, are preferred.
- Strong Command of Chinese and English are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and project
