Policy Service & Claims Manager Manager at an International Financial Services Company

  • Oversee and develop all Policy Service processes and procedures
  • Salary up to 4,000,000 MMK plus attractive benefit package

The Role

Responsible for managing proper management of lawsuits according to organizational guidelines

  • Deal closely with other departments to ensure that premium collection flow is efficient and effective
  • Make sure that all requests for Policy Service are doing within turn-around time
  • Recruit, select and train and review performance team of policy service
  • Make sure that all claims are managed according to company guidelines

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in policy making for claim management in Banking, FMCG and Telecom industries
  • Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications will be highly preferred
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English is required
  • Strong Team - working and management skills
