Job Description

Principal QS at the most successful international construction company in Yangon

  • To manage the luxury residential construction project
  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

 

About the Company

Our client is one of the most Innovative Companies in Myanmar and they are aiming to become one of the largest construction group of companies in near future.

 

The Role

Responsible for supervising the performance of the quantity surveying team to quality and timeliness in delivery

  • Provide quantity surveying management to the whole project team
  • Preparing Tender/Bid evaluations and recommendations in coordination with the quantity surveyors and construction managers
  • Ensure each senior quantity surveyor runs his/her section to the highest professional standards
  • Managing individual quantity surveyors and preparation
  • Supervision of provisional sum expenditures and contract interpretation

 

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of job function and industry background
  • Must have a Bachelor of engineering degree from the relevant field
  • Must have good proven English to communicate and technical writing ability and skills
  • Demonstrate strong interactive communication and presentation skills and able to work well with minimal supervision
