Responsible for obtaining excellent staff for positive progress of the company
- Responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to create job ads for current openings
- Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements
- Responsible for conducting initial interviews,
- Responsible for conducting reference and background checks
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and 3 years in handling recruitment.
- A bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications in HR or related background are highly preferred.
- Business English is strongly required.
- Strong knowledge in HR, Myanmar Labour Law and recruitment.
