About the Company

Responsible to design, implement and direct our hiring initiatives.
- Develop strategic hiring procedures and ensure hiring needs and requirements, and manage advertising budgets
- Analyse the company’s reputation towards candidates and demonstrate a positive reflection on the company’s brand and company
- Create and advise new and efficient interviewing procedures and techniques
- Engage in effective recruitment method and participate in job fairs to determine useful applicant markets
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in HR field and 3 years in Recruitment
- A Bachelor degree is a must and other relevant solid business professional qualifications will be highly preferred
- Strong command of English is required
- A team leader with excellent leadership and managerial skills and familiar with HR practises who can work within deadlines
