To develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals & revenues

  • To supervise and lead the distributors and regional sales team
  • To follow and direct daily KPIs for retailers in its sector
  • To participate in the development of network distribution in its area
  • To ensure that procedures are known, mastered and applied by all
 
Requirements
  • Any University Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in regional sales management in FMCG sector
  • Advanced Level English skills
  • Good communication and strong leadership skills
