Job Description

​Regional Sales Manager (Mandalay) at one of the Largest Agro Chemicals Manufacturer Companies in Yangon

  • Responsible for Regional management, Dealer management/development, and Product Marketing and stationed in the Mandalay branch office

  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK plus competitive benefits and allowances

The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities in the Mandalay region. You will be responsible for Key Farmer Sales, Dealer management / Development, Sales Management, and Regional Sales. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a large annual turnover rate of around 6 Billion MMK

Description

  • Conduct Key Farmer meetings to promote the company's products and services

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability

  • Manage and develop dealers to ensure the effective distribution of products

  • Manage sales operations and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company objectives

  • Manage up to 60 staff including Area Managers, SuperStaff, and Field Staff

  • Report to National Sales Manager regarding sales performance and progress

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within the Agro Chemicals background (Fertilizer)

  • Yezin graduate (B.Sc.Agri)

  • Good knowledge of agrochemical products, sales and marketing strategies, and dealer management practices

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
