The Role

  • Overseeing the activities and performances of the sales team.
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
  • Understand the company’s ideal customers, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with them.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in importing commodity, especially grain and minimum 3 years of experience in management level.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • Able to travel frequently (Local / Overseas).
