About the Company
Our client is international automotive distribution company and authorized parts in Myanmar.
Full spectrum of secretarial tasks and support the office management
- Handle the reports, documents and liaise with government ministries and local authorities
- Arrange travel, transport and accommodation and manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide required administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company
- Responsible to organise and support overall administrative tasks to CEO
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in administration field or as secretary to MDs /CEOs / GMs of companies
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a must and other related degree including Business Administration is preferred.
- Excellence English Communication Skill is mandatory
- Have strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
