Responsible to accomplish the duty of administrative support in order to optimize workflow
- Handle the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Maintains customers’ data and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Oversee important department deadlines for the executive and his team and manage the executive’s expense reporting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related secretarial or government relations background.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, Business Management are preferred.
- Must be proficient in both written and verbal English
- Ability to use standard software packages and must have business etiquette with attention to detail
