About the Company
Our client is one of the leading beverage companies in Myanmar.
Responsible to performs the primary functions of the HR department
- Maintains the human resource documents by designing a filing, keeping past and present records
- Build and maintain healthy relationships between employees and management
- Implement the organization’s recruitment processes, learning & development programs and performance evaluation processes.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in human resource field
- A bachelor’s Degree is a must and other higher qualification in relevant field
- Strong command of English is a needed
- A good team player with an excellent interpersonal skill
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
