Senior HR Manager at the well-known beverages company in Yangon

About the Company

Our client is a leading beverages company in Yangon and always giving the best service to the customers.

The Role

Responsible to review the recruitment process and set objectives for the HR team.

  • Ensure and maintain HR procedures that comply with the labor regulations
  • Facilitate and create recruiting techniques to hire the best talent
  • Overall managing on all HR functions especially for R&S, T&D and ER
  • Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on timely basis then ensure the completeness and accurate documentation
  • Maintain an effective negotiation process and harmonious employee and employer relationship

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR Managerial field or similar role.
  • A Bachelor degree is a must and MBA or other solid professional qualifications will be highly preferred
  • Strong command of English is required
  • A team leader with excellent communication abilities and relevant knowledge of labor legislation and HR Management software
