About the Company
Our client is a leading beverages company in Yangon and always giving the best service to the customers.
Responsible to review the recruitment process and set objectives for the HR team.
- Ensure and maintain HR procedures that comply with the labor regulations
- Facilitate and create recruiting techniques to hire the best talent
- Overall managing on all HR functions especially for R&S, T&D and ER
- Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on timely basis then ensure the completeness and accurate documentation
- Maintain an effective negotiation process and harmonious employee and employer relationship
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR Managerial field or similar role.
- A Bachelor degree is a must and MBA or other solid professional qualifications will be highly preferred
- Strong command of English is required
- A team leader with excellent communication abilities and relevant knowledge of labor legislation and HR Management software
