Job Description

Senior HR Manager at the well-known Group of Companies in Yangon

The Role

Responsible to oversee and is accountable for all activities of HR department.

  • Develop strategic recruiting and employee retention plans that meet the business’s human capital needs
  • Analyze and evaluate the company’s HR procedures then develop effective HR policies
  • Implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are cost effective
  • Cooperate with the business executives in an effort to understand, analyse and support the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in senior management level.
  • A Bachelor Degree is a must and other professional qualifications in relevant field will be highly preferred
  • Able to communicate proficiently in both oral and written English
  • An outgoing person with excellent leadership abilities with relevant in-depth knowledge of all HR functions and HR software.
