Support the overall HR Functions in an efficient manner.
- Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation benefits, training and development, budget and labor relations
- Handle recruitment process including CV screening and conducting interviews.
- Ensure to accomplish the assigned tasks in time.
- Work along with other departments for better employee relations and solve employees’ complaints.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related background.
- A Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications in HR or Business Management will be plus.
- Strong command of English is required.
- Must have team building and leadership skills.
