  • Responsible for planning and directing the sales team and operation team, generating new sales accounts and close units sales deal
  • Up to 3,000 USD + annual bonus

The Role

  • Manage and oversee different sales and operational sectors and ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
  • Maintain existing accounts relationship and develop new clients accounts, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sale personnel
  • Visit client’s region and communicate with customers to keep healthy relationship
  • Supervise operational executions to the management when necessary
  • Interacting with senior management for reporting and providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors


  • Minimum 6 years of working experiences in agricultural and sales operation sector and must be management level
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or relevant degree
  • Excellence English Communication and Leadership
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, Interpersonal and relationship-building skills


Annual Bonus + a position to groom into Senior Leadership role
