Job Description

Sustainability Manager at one of the most successful global fashion chains in Myanmar

  • Manager and Lead Start up to create the sustainability compliance performance and provide guidance

About the Company

Our client is well-known largest fashion chains across the global and nice working environment and a company who strictly follow compliance

The Role

  • Oversee all new local business development activities as well as directly management HR, Finance, General affairs, administrative and all related matters for Myanmar Office
  • Ensure with internal compliance to regulations and procedure in the country of operations
  • Provides internal policies and regulations are well implemented and maintained
  • Collaborate with regional office and suppliers on sourcing, quality inspection rules and regulation and Audit programs
  • Human Resources related set ups, training and controlling for well-functioning and decision making related with employees personal


  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, MBA or master’s degree in related field (Sustainability)
  • 8-10 years professional experience with compliance will be preferred
  • Strong team player, ability to make tough decision, being able to set goals, planning
  • Fluent English is must, additional Chinese speaking and written
