Responsible to manage and implement management development programs and practices.
- Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment process
- Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate training needs, developing training content and facilitating development sessions
- Monitor performance management system and train all levels of employees
- Implement the programs that attract, measure and develop the organization’s talent pool.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the relevant field
- A Bachelor degree is a must and other professional business qualifications will be highly preferred
- Able to communicate proficiently in both oral and written English
- An outgoing person with excellent organizing and time management skills
