The Role

  • Check the performance and customer service skill of each employee and prepare for training activities.
  • Oversee the workflow of call centre agents and point out what they need to improve.
  • Work closely with management team and plan for effective training programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in telecom/E-commerce industry and at least 2 years of experiences in training management.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Business English is must
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
