The Role
- Check the performance and customer service skill of each employee and prepare for training activities.
- Oversee the workflow of call centre agents and point out what they need to improve.
- Work closely with management team and plan for effective training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in telecom/E-commerce industry and at least 2 years of experiences in training management.
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Business English is must
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
