Training Manager at an International Financial Services Company

The Role

Responsible for managing overall development of a team with procedures, materials and visual aids

  • Identifying training needs by using needs assessments
  • Developing training solutions that meet business needs
  • Assessing individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting goals
  • Controlling and overseeing team budget expenses

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in training in Banking, FMCG and Telecom industries
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
  • Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications will be highly preferred
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
