Requirements Bachelor's degree holder or above Minimum 8 years of working experience in Sales or Commercial, preferably with 5 years in a senior leadership position, managing a team of 5 or more. Senior expertise on logistic products (ocean, contract logistics, warehouse & distribution) Strong understanding of Cambodia’s economy Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and leadership Master negotiator: Strong networking skills Fluent in written and spoken English. The Mandarin Language is an advantage. Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve objectives. Exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with management, staff, and clients.
