• Responsible in leading and executing brand and marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns, digital channels, and local store activations
• Up to 2,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Lead campaign development, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store activations
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and email marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, product) to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business strategy
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Strong understanding of the ATL, BTL Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategic Planning and Execution
