About the Company

Our client is a major supplier of consumer electronics and pumps for home, office and agriculture. They have a very strong market presence and are growing in the market. Their leadership is very progressive and they are looking for progressive people in their business to help grow even faster.

The Role

Managing up to 20 staff across two service locations (Yangon & Mandalay) covering the maintenance and repair for electrical and mechanical products.

  • Managed the entire workshop to operate smoothly and set a high standard of quality
  • Analyse processes to develop an efficient after sales service system
  • Act as technical consultant to internal team, factory and authorized distributors on quality issues as per technical feedback
  • Interact with internal and external teams for mentoring, coaching, personal development and good customer service
  • Provide document control including dealer reports related to services
  • Provide spare parts management and arrange orders by direct dealing with upper management level
  • Control spare parts inventory levels and ensure no out of stock parts


  • At least 5 years of experience in after service management level
  • Must have managing experience in after sales service, spare parts control and purchasing orders
  • Strong IT skills
  • Must have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
  • Good communication in English with strong people management
