About the Company

Our Client is a biggest local bank with multi - servicing.

 

The Role

  • Develop the functional support and troubleshoot the applications and software for banking modules
  • Contribute to and maintain knowledge base of support issues
  • Testing the application, scripts and collect the summarize test data
  • Train users on application and help them resolve application issues

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support and understanding of retail banking applications
  • Experience with some programming languages and relational databases
  • Knowledge on core banking application and all parts of SDLC
  • Intermediate English skill both spoken and written is a must
