Responsible to handle overall administrative tasks for the organization
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Manage commercial vehicles used for work purpose.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Senior Managers
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in related administrative field
- A university graduate
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Proficient in MS office
