Handle the overall administrative and HR activities for the organization
- Responsible to manage full spectrums of administrative activities for the organization.
- Oversee and manage the human resource activities including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations and training programs.
- Provide HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explain procedures and policies in a timely effective manner.
- Carry out the administrative related tasks in efficient manner.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields such as office administration and HR.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred.
- Business English is required and Japanese N1, N2 holders are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge in both HR and Admin Backgrounds.
