About the Company

Our client, an international micro banking industry rapidly growing in Myanmar, is looking for the Burmese professionals to establish the new training management to develop especially in all aspects of operations, branch operations as well as technical areas

The Role

Administering tests; scheduling appointments; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information.

  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
  • Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Report directly to HR Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Basic knowledge of labour law
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Ability and willingness to frequently travel within the country
