- Report directly to the Leasing Head.
- Marketing and leasing of office spaces, i.e., negotiations with prospects/agents to secure tenants.
- Create tenants’ relations and retention programs to maintain good Landlord and Tenant relation
- Lease Administration and documentation.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in office marketing/leasing and event planning for an office
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A Degree Holder
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Myanmar
- Able to work independently and a team player
