  • Set detailed operational KPIs to achieve the targets set by the customer Care Department
  • Control and manage overall call centre operation



  • Ability to perform planning, operation control, workforce management, data collection & analysis, as well as to make relevant materials
  • Experience in Call Centre management preferred
