  • Be responsible for legal and regulatory matters including corporate governance and compliance.

The Role

  • Provide commercial and pragmatic legal advice and solutions for all aspects of the business
  • Ensure the activities of the company and its subsidiary are in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal company policies
  • Deal with termination of contracts and commercial disputes
  • Liaise and interact with external lawyers on various matters
  • Provide legal training and briefing on updates on the law and group internal policies
  • Prepare board and shareholders resolutions, arranging for circulation and signing

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in legal advisory firm
  • Strong command of English in both written and verbal
  • Strong commercial law background and knowledge on corporate business law
