Compensation and benefit Specialist Role in the Global group of Company
- Up to $1,200 per month
- Main role player in HR Team who have to manage payroll process including benefits, tax procedures and assist probation evaluation, performance appraisal, salary review, bonus and payment

Our Client Company is international group of company which is provide automotive, infrastructure, and engineering and after sales operations to serve the retail and commercial needs of Myanmar.
- Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Monthly Payroll process (payroll data inputs, checking and calculation of Deduction, OT, Change )
- SSB Smart Cards’ application process for the employees
- TAX Record Book filling and approval form TAX Office, TAX receipts return to each employee
- Check Leave Record, Daily attendance, business trip allowance
- Must have knowledge in Myanmar labour law
- Run the process for Cheque with Bank Report at Bank for ATM Cards’ holder Employees
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices analysis of salaries & reports
- A minimum of 3 or 5 years in HR/Office Daily Operations/General Administration/Facilities Management.
