To handle the overall secretarial tasks and office administration.
- Co-ordinate meetings, conferences and take meeting minutes.
- Liaise with different stakeholders and handle confidential documents
- Make travel arrangements and documents translation if necessary.
- Carry out the secretarial tasks in an efficient manner.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or secretarial background.
- A Bachelor degree is a must and other related qualifications in business management or administration are preferred.
- Business English is a must and applicants with TOPIK 5, 6 or equivalent are highly preferred
- Able to use Microsoft office efficiently.
