  • Monitor all customer calls, analyse problems for products and services and follow up on pending issues.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain the positive relationship with customers by identifying their needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer service background and above 3 years in management level.
  • University degree is must.
  • Business English or advanced English communication skills
  • Prefer the one who have strong experience in customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
