● Responsible to set rules for handling complaints
● Must able to perform data collection of VOC and data analysis
● Report to Management and share VOCs internally
● Minimum 2 year of customer care experiences in telecommunication industry
● Business English is a must
● Excellent Customer Services skill and Communication skill are required
