Customer Service Executive at one of the most successful international shipping company

  • Proactively managing customers’ experience of assigned accounts and ensuring customers’ satisfaction

About the Company

The Role

Responsible as a primary point of contact between the organization and the customers.

  • To support sales activities and to take part in maximizing sales volume performance.
  • Ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end shipment lifecycle and dealing with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for documentation, operations and increasing potential and existing customers’ satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service from Shipping and Logistics Industry
  • A Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field is a must
  • Good English communication and a strong interpersonal skill preferred
  • Experience in documentation, shipment and tracking process is an advantage
