Responsible as a primary point of contact between the organization and the customers.
- To support sales activities and to take part in maximizing sales volume performance.
- Ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end shipment lifecycle and dealing with stakeholders.
- Responsible for documentation, operations and increasing potential and existing customers’ satisfaction.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service from Shipping and Logistics Industry
- A Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field is a must
- Good English communication and a strong interpersonal skill preferred
- Experience in documentation, shipment and tracking process is an advantage
