About the Company
Our client is a well-known International Standard Luxury Hotel Business Worldwide, manages award-winning chain of high-class hotels in Myanmar.
Responsible for overall customer complaints and providing standardized service.
- Responsible for controlling standard quality hotel services and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Implement in creating fun and standard working environment
- Ensuring the overall hygiene and safety standards of hotel and effective management of staff, and services
- Oversee and involve for the needs and development of hotel
- Minimum 2 years of Global experience in Hotel environment and 3 years in service industry
- Good communication in English is a must
- Strong experience of delivering standard service and starting-up hotel experience preferred
- Background of International hotel or Culinary/hotel school background is a plus
