- Supervising Call Centre Team Leaders
- Monitoring KPIs of the whole department
- To take responsibility and ownership of issues affecting the customers
- To ensure overall productivity and efficiency targets are met
- Must have strong background experience in end to end customer service
- Must fluent in English and Burmese
- Must have good experiences and knowledge of contact centre technologies, CRM, and other related fields.
- Ability to work independently and handle a large team with different layers.
