  • To ensure overall productivity and efficiency targets are met

 

Requirements

  • Must have strong background experience in end to end customer service
  • Must fluent in English and Burmese
  • Must have good experiences and knowledge of contact centre technologies, CRM, and other related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a large team with different layers.
